01 / THE RESIDENCE
We turn underused properties into thoughtfully planned workforce residences. Sourced, renovated, and operated by one team.
02 / EVERYDAY LIVING
Shared spaces are central to our residence concept, with the everyday essentials close at hand.
03 / YOUR OWN SPACE
A considered room layout gives every resident a place to sleep, store their belongings, and recharge.
4 m² per resident in this reference layout.
Final sizes and occupancy vary by property.
04 / BUILT AROUND YOUR TEAM
Employers arrange the beds.
Reside takes care of the property.
From SAR 299 to SAR 599 per bed, per month, depending on the room. One contract, one monthly invoice, and every residence built to the national standard and licensed before anyone moves in.
PER BED, PER MONTH
Shared roomsix residents
Fewer residents to a room, a higher rate per bed. Every layout keeps the national minimum of 4 m² per resident, before shared kitchens, bathrooms and living space.
EVERY BED INCLUDES
ADD-ONS
Layer services onto the bed rate. Each add-on is priced per resident, per month, and confirmed in your proposal. Select the ones your team needs and they appear in your housing cost below.
YOUR HOUSING COST
Indicative rates for planning. Final rates depend on the room configuration, contract length and property, and are confirmed in your proposal. Add-ons are quoted per resident, per month.
05 / THE STANDARD
Every Reside property is converted to the Kingdom's technical requirements for collective housing and licensed through Balady before the first resident moves in.
Summarised from the MOMRAH technical requirements for collective housing and the Balady licensing programme. Each property's compliance documentation is shared with clients on request.
06 / FOR EMPLOYERS
Housing your team is a statutory duty. Since February 2025, the amended Article 61 of the Labour Law asks employers to provide adequate housing and transport, or pay an allowance in its place. Reside makes providing it the easier option.
Beds, a start date, and where your team works. A conversation, not a tender.
A residence near your workplaces, built to the national standard, with rooms configured the way you chose above.
Furnished rooms ready on day one, and a supervisor on site from the first night.
The bed rate plus any add-ons, on a single contract with one point of contact.
